    Yes. Feds have a bill from Durbin regarding this topic, as well.

    As you know, that just recently passed and the software doesn't even show this is a scheduled update. I recommend waiting for an update.

    The subtraction will be take on form, 502LU, which they are in the process of finalizing and releasing. I have no idea when it will be updated to the software system.
