I run a multi-member LLC which is treated as a partnership (P'ship A). A is a partner in another partnership (P'ship B) and needs the K-1 from B to complete its return. Are both K-1s due Mar 15? Which makes it impractical for A to file return and issue it's K-1s timely. If filing extension the only way to file correctly?

Agreed you're on the incorrect site, but pass-through entities are all due 03/17/25 (03/15 is a weekend) unless on extension, then due 09/15/25. And yes, you'll need to file an extension if the first entity K-1 is not delivered in time for you to finish the 2nd entity.
