I have attempted 5 e-signatures and three of them I get the following error.
"Email ID missing or invalid
Please make sure you add a valid client email ID to send esignature request"
I got this error so many times last year I didn't even use all my e-signatures I bought. In the end I was told it would be fixed next year. Nope.
Any ideas.
Hi @sprytax , Email is mandatory to send the Esignature request. You can add the Client email in the return info worksheet and then send the Esignature request, it should work.
