Is there any way I can get back IRS acknowledgements?

I really don't know what I did to lose all my IRS acknowledgement and bank payments but they were deleted some I was able to recover because they were backup on my hard drive others no

highlight all the client files in the EFCenter, then use Update Acks of Selected Returns, that should pull them all back into the EFcenter
