Is there a way to transfer a cloud-base TurboTax file to ProSeries?

Hello,

In the past years, we have been receiving a lot of issues trying to transfer TurboTax .tax files to our ProSeries, Files have already been verified that it was not password protected, and have also been renamed as well, but no method worked.

Today, we just found out that it's because the original .tax files were obtained by downloading from the cloud-base TurboTax site, while on the phone with a technical support member.

Is there away to make the cloud-base files compatible and transfer them to ProSeries?

The TT Online files dont seem to transfer the same as the TT Desktop files.

Thankfully most TTers with complicated returns use Desktop....generally those using Online are fairly uncomplicated and shouldn't be too big of a job to manually enter whatever carryovers there might be.
