Is there a solution - Form 990 will not transfer from 2017 to 2018?

Is the 2018 990 program installed ? Is it in the list of choices in the Homebase view?  Looks like its not available yet.

The 990 was released in an update last night and is available for download today (2/19/2019). To install the 990 go to the Update menu and choose Update Installed Products.
