it is possible. I did it (my IT friend did it for me). Make sure you BCC them so no one else sees everyone else's email.

You can export the homebase to Excel and use that to make a mail merge.  There isn't a built in function of ProSeries to allow for mass email like that asides from batch emailing the client checklist.

Yes, thats what my friend did. He exported them to Excel and then did his thing. Thanks @Matt105
