Is global billing options not working -have set up billing for all clients but info does not transfer to individual client bill on pro 1040?

It's broken.  Supposedly if you click the caution box on the billing sheet it corrects it.  I don't use the billing product in the software but I heard about the fix from a reliable source - my barber.  But you have to do it for each client.
