When I have a part year or multi state as of yesterday my state portion of the letters show everything except the numbers.
For example the letter shows:
State taxable income ................................................ $ No amount here it's completely blank

I have not had any issues. Have you opened it up for editing to make sure nothing was deleted? You might need to restore it to defaults and then re-enter any custom edits.
