My client letter only prints the format - not the date.

I had this happen last year with new clients when I have the box checked to Freeze the Date....now that Im looking for it, I cant find that freeze the date option, but I know its in there somewhere.
Oddly it was only on new clients and the workaround was to open the Client Status worksheet and uncheck one of the boxes on it, but I cant remember which one.
