is anyone else having trouble with returns being accepted? It has been transmitted to intuit but that is where it stops

No. My returns have been accepted timely.

 I sent 2 1040's this morning and only 1 was accepted, the other is still pending.

This morning? A tad impatient? There are so many reasons why a file could have delayed acceptance. If not accepted in a few days, then proceed to the next step, but for now, do what the rest of us do - wait.
