We have several users on Intuit Link with "Full" access. These users are also Admin users on our Intuit account. However, when we attempt to add clients to the user's access under "Client Access," we receive an error when saving changes that says, "Sorry! Failed to update user details. Try again later." This is the third tax season we've had this issue. We have tried to resolve by phone support, but they were unable to figure it our. This issue prevents users from seeing certain clients in Intuit Link. The clients they can and cannot have access added for has no rhyme or reason that we can determine. Thank you for any help.
