In ProSeries - 2024, I can't seem to invite clients to Intuit Link who have a password on their return.
I was able to invite these clients in ProSeries 2023, but now I receive an error message when I plug in their password. I am clicking "Invite" on the HomeBase screen and, after typing in the password, it says the operation could not be processed due to an incorrect password. I know the password is correct because I used it to open the client's tax return. I've tried this on 3 clients with passwords and receive the same result.
Is there a workaround for this?
