I have always added my own custom list of questions at Intuit Link for my clients. This year I was able to do this with the first client I set up on January 12th. Since the 13th, after going to "Add Requests" and finding my custom template and trying to Save it I keep getting the message "Problem Creating Requests" and nothing happens. What is going on?

I am experiencing the same problem. Did you ever find a fix for it?
I can upload the sample request template but not my custom template. I am wondering if I will end up recreating the template. Tough to find the time during the filing season.
This was a year ago. I know I solved it but I think I had to call tech support and they figured it out. Sorry I don't have an exact memory of what happened.
No problem, it gives me a path forward.
