I'm having an issue where 2 clients are populating to the same intuit link.
The only similarity that I'm seeing is the fact that the same numbers are in intuit link, but everything in ProSeries is accurate to the individual and no data is the same. Therefore, nothing in intuit link should match either.
We have tried to delete the clients from 2024 and retransfer, but the intuit links align. When client A is sent - client B is no where to be found in intuit and if we invite Client B, it kicks Client A off intuit link all together and then they are no where to be found.
We've reverted to uninviting both clients as of right now & they are waiting for a link to be sent!!
