Instruction letter paragraph (FEDERAL CODE)  for form 4547

Intuit should put in a paragraph (FEDERAL CODE)  that ONLY applies to the clients who have this form 4547 Trump Account Election.  If you change the general form as suggested in another post all clients will get this notification which would be a nightmare!  The paragraph should state that this form was filed on behalf of the client and that the client should be on the lookout for further instructions.  NOTE: this election only impacts parents of new born children in years 2025-2028.

You can always create a custom letter and add that paragraph yourself.

Tools > Letters > Manage Client Specific Letters > Create New Letter (name it custom or whatever you want). It takes the Standard Letter and let's you alter it as you deem necessary. It has no effect on the Standard Letter, just this one client.
