Information Worksheet will not populate completely

When filling out the client's information worksheet, a portion of the form is blank. The form only populates up to Part X down to the foreign tax credit. It will not populate Part XI or Part XII . Any suggestions?

This is a display/font scaling issue that you need to adjust in your Windows system

I tried this - but does not fix my issue. It's weird. The bottom of the Information worksheet just doesn't continue after Part X foreign income question. 🤔

I also tried the next suggested steps to "Adjust icon properties", but still no luck.

I'm frustrated because I would like to use the PY/NonRes State dialogue in Part XI, but it's just not there.

Thats all I got, sorry.  You may need to call into Support and have them remote into your system to make the changes needed...youre sure you dont have your fonts set to a larger size than default?
