The depreciation module is needing a number to verify an asset which used bonus depreciation in 2020 and is asking for the Illinois state special depreciation allowance.(as an error message)
I would like clarification as to the source of the number the software is wanting from the Illinois depreciation schedule.
The line help in the software does not give much help on the manual entry needed.

If bonus was used in 2020, look at 2020 federal asset entry worksheet for the state return amount. ProSeries does not produce state depreciation schedules. You should also be able to follow the amount from the federal asset entry worksheet to the state tax return.
