IL-1040 is requiring me to attach a pdf Angel Investment Certificate because the IL-K-1-P reports a credit to the partner. Partners are not required to attach the Certificate, the partnership does that. The partner attaches the K-1-P. Please advise.

IL-1040 error is requiring an attachment that is not required at the partner level. I can't resolve this error in order to e-file the return. Any answers? Seems like a software issue!
