Answered: I tried to log on to my account in order to load 2018 proseries and I get a screen that states " launching application please wait and then nothing happens.

I think your display is set for +% and you cannot see the Continue button below the screen. reset your display size. My screen: top right (under the X to close the program) are 3 vertical dots. That's 1 way to reduce size of display

So you cant log into your account? or you cant download the software? Or you cant get the software to install?
