I need the NJ Federal TIN for a 1099 G

I am receiving an error when performing final review of tax return requesting the NJ Federal TIN for a 1099 G form where the client received a refund of taxes due in 2019 but did not receive a 1099 G from NJ.

I am looking for the NJ Federal TIN to complete the tax return.
