I'm not able to backup my clients under Client File Maintenance since it's grayed out. I have been backing up files all along so this is a new problem.

Make sure youre not in the EFCenter, you need to be in a regular Homebase view to use those options.

You have to select at least one client when in home base, otherwise backup will be grayed out
