I just downloaded ProSeries 2018 and brought over the 2017 files. Why is the feature "where do I enter" not available?

You may want to wait until January to transfer all your 2017 clients into 2018.  In the early versions of the software you may find that certain items don't transfer properly until the software has a few more updates under its belt.
