yes. Intuit is having (yet another) server problem. returns are rejecting so intuit is holding our returns.
replying to djtenn2000: I am having delay issues with E-filed returns as well. Have you been able to speak to a tech or support person about the issue and when it might be resolved? thanks for your help and answer

I was told by an agent a few minutes ago that a will release will be issued some time today. I'll just keep completing returns and wait till tomorrow before I send them out.
