I have subscribed to ProSeries since 2008, and still subscribe, how can I gain access to the Years 2016, 2017, 2018, and 2019? I cannot do so now.

When I go into the years 2016 through 2019 I do not get the usual Username - Password Screen and, therefore, I cannot log into these years.

Try updating them from the Windows Programs menu, this is a screen shot for 2019, but all the years have the option.
