You don't.

You can fax it to IRS or submit it electronically to IRS using your Tax Pro account.

Just a heads up - I faxed the 2848 a few weeks ago to the IRS - then when I finally got through to the them they told me they didn't have it (could take a long time) so the Gentleman gave me a fax number to him and had me send it while we were on the phone. within 5 minutes of that fax he was working with me and told me he sent it along internally. I suggest faxing it in but just call the IRS with the copy in your hand they should do the same thing for you.
