I have a client who has over $10k in a british bank. How do I file the FIN CEnn form 114? Is it in proseries professional? if so where?

Client had over $10k in a British Bank.  Do I file the FIN Cenn 114 or does he?  If I file it, where is it in Proseries Professional?  thank you

Open the client file, then top menu bar click FILE, then choose Foreign banking
