I can't print or efile MI Home Heating Credit Form, when will it be available, my program doesn't list it?

Have not been able to fill in MI Home Heating Credit form, program doesn't show a date when form will be available for printing or efiling, have been able to do form in previous years, is there a problem?  Form is available at MI website to print and mail in.  But I wish to efile form with tax return.
