I am unable to update the 2018 Proseries Basic

I have prepared a 2018 tax return for a client and when I try to efile it, I have a response that I need to update the 2018 Proseries Basic before I can efile the return. I go download the update, then try to efile the client return again, and I keep getting the same message, that I need to update, when I go again to try the update, it says that there are to updates.

Try using REFRESH updates from the Updates drop down menu on the toolbar
