I am unable to delete QW dependant info my client is MFJ and that is the box that is checked. Is there a glitch because I did not enter the dependent information?

I checked this return two days ago for errors and there were none so after the client signed his return I went to e-file and now it shows one of there dependents under the QW however my client is filling MFJ. The system will not allow me to delete the information.

Scary Sh-t! Im not sure if I am affected. I just worked on one and I didn't see it. Was it a afternoon update here or from yesterday/last night?

I clutch my chest every time I update and every time I print after an update.  I thought the stress this year was going to be about the new tax law, but that is a piece of cake compared to the stress of dealing with the software this year.

I Just saw same exact problem on my client before trying to efile...is this Bug, because I just ran update prior seeing this.

It's a big bug.  It just crawled out of the sewer but Intuit is now aware of it.

Even if you start brand new file, as soon as you enter dependent info QW section gets populated and would not let it clear it.

That would be because the software has a bug...
