I a 2019 client that elected to electronically file 2nd, 3rd and 4th qtr estimates. I'm finding out now the 3rd or 4th did not process. Why would this have happened?

I went back and checked all my inputs and the instructions that printed even said that the estimates would be paid electronically on specific dates so I don't know what went wrong.
