Hurricane ian qualifed or not

I am still not seeing any info that hurricane ian has been declared A " qualified disaster" and thereby eligible for above the line treatment.   Can anyone confirm this is correct and we can only use schedule a.

everything i have read  so far says it is a schedule a casualty .

I do not believe that any  federally declared disaster for 2022 was a "qualified federal disaster"

that is what i  am seeing but sometimes i like to double check....
