Does anyone know how to get in contact with the NJ Division of Taxation (other than by email or online posting on their website)?
Have a refund (sourced from a few PTE/BAIT payments) that has been "in process" for well over a year and NJ DOT does not seem to answer the phone - they have not since COVID. I will try the tax practitioner's hotline but I'm not expecting any better results. Would consider NJ Taxpayer Advocates Service but I don't currently have an appeal.

you may have to navigate some voice prompt but eventually you’ll get to a rep that should be able to steer you in the right direction. Once you get to the right department they’re pretty helpful
