How to save client presentation in Excel

I would like to save my client presentations in a format that enables me to send digitally to my clients.  Either in Excel or in a .pdf format.  I can not determine how to do this.  Is it possible?  Would you please direct me to where I can understand how?  Thank you in advance.

If you print to PDF the presentation gets included, doesnt it?

You are correct.  I missed the client presentation in the Print Selected Forms option in the print center.  Moving the return to .pdf creates the presentation.  Thank you!
