Does anyone know how to input my allocation amounts from the Grantors worksheet onto the new 1099-B / Schedule D? I hate what proseries did but I am unsure how to correctly add the amounts on the taxpayer's & spouse's return since I don't really have the option to summarize.
I hope I will not have to input every transaction then make double click on each and make adjustments and then have to enter it all again for the wife.
Any help would greatly be appreciated.

I don't understand your issue. Enter transactions just the same as if the TP owned them directly.
What does the wife have to do with it?
