How to file extensions when we are not paid preparers of the 990's. The paid preparer indicated on this return does not have a PTIN entered in Firm Information Detail?

Hello, we are currently trying to file extensions and in the process we were given this critical diagnostic message below:

Circle alert
The paid preparer indicated on this return does not have a PTIN entered in Firm Information Details. When entering the PTIN, make sure the "P" is entered upper case. For tax year 2018, use of a PTIN is an IRS requirement. Some preparers may not have been issued a PTIN in time for filing season. These preparers may use their SSN or EIN for filing returns until the IRS issues their PTINs.

This message is making us appear that we are paid preparers of the 990's and we are not.  Can you please assist on what the next steps should be?

Pretend you are being paid -------------- it's not like the IRS is going to come back three years from now and question whether or not you collected any money in the deal.
