    The same as if he had one W-2 from McDonalds and one W-2 from Dewey Cheatum and Howe Law LLC.

    I think TurboTax may flag for multiple W2s from the same EIN (to save a DIYer from entering something twice)  but ProSeries shouldn't squawk about it.

    If all else fails, add them together and enter as a single W2, assuming the state ID # is the same as well.
