How to add additional firms? When I spoke to the customer service, they initially said, I have to get the new fast path license and new CAN will be assigned. When I spoke again today, they said I have to get the new package alltogether.
Doesn't make sense. If I have two firms, I can understand that I may have to buy two FastPath license,s but two separate packages??
I didn't think you could do that with ProSeries, but I would try calling Intuit 3 more times. If you can come up with the same answer 3 out of 5 times from support, you might have the correct answer. 😬
Many years ago you could have multiple firms using the same software, but I think they canned that idea, since you could let other firms use what you purchased for no additional money.
Each firm has to purchase its own software.

Shared expenses. If you share an office and other expenses with another firm, you can't share ProSeries software. Each firm must have their own Customer Number and licensed copy of the ProSeries program.
