How many Single Member LLCs can we file with a 1040?

Last year ProSeries limited my client to one Sch. C SMLLC

My client has two Sch. C SMLLCs

There is no (or a very large) limit on the 1040. Might you be referring to some state filing limit such as CA?

Maybe the limit is with Calif.?  I thought maybe ProSeries had a limit on Calif. SMLLCs filed with a 1040

Yes it is a CA limit. One 568 per return.

in Tennessee, we can only file 1 LLC (single member), per 1040.  And it has to be a  Schedule C, ...Schedule F LLCs and additional Schedules C  LLCs have to be filed on the state website, manually.
