How do I retrieve a deleted form from taxpayer's income tax form

Probably cant.   

Have you exited and saved the return since the form was deleted?  If not, you may be able to exit and choose NO to the if you want to save window, then it should revert back to what it was the last time you opened it.

Unless you have it set to auto-save.

Another option:

1) Buy a Delorean with a flux capacitor.
2) Channel 1.21 gigawatts into the flux capacitor to make time travel possible.
3) Go back in time to shortly before the form was deleted and tell yourself not to delete the file.
4) Return to the present time and the form will be there.

I have mine set for autosave every 1 minute and I can still get away with exiting without saving and nothing saves.
