A tax return was left open overnight on a staffer's computer and this morning I exited the ProSeries program by cancelling the pending log-in requirement. I then tried to log-in to the client on my workstation and it says the file is locked by the staff user. I re-booted that machine and tried to log-in again from my workstation, but again the file is locked. We are on a networked environment where our data files are stored. How do I resolve this?
