How can I delete a 1099-MISC Worksheet?

Open the form and right click on it and you can remove it.

or open the form and click CRTL +W  that will get rid of it too!

Or door number 3 - open the form click "forms" > remove form.

But don't try door number 4 - I think that one has the zonk behind it.
