Hi I have a customer that needs to file form 990 and I can't find it, how can I add this form to my Proseries program or what can I do?

Are you using ProSeries Professional?   

If so, you can click Update > Select Products and choose to install the 990 program.

If youre using Basic, you'll need to download/install Professional to have access to the 990 program.

I am using PRO SERIES BASIC plus 15 Business Returns but cannot find 990EZ anywhere within the

program. What do I do?
