Hello.  It's only us janitors and gaurd dog trainers hanging out here so we can't help you with that.  Can you log into your Intuit account to do that?  If not, you need to call customer service to help you out.

If you took the credit card payment, you would have to pay the dreaded 19.95 technology fee. Oh just add it to the cost!
