Will tax drop off work for 2020 tax returns...where transactions and information from original Form 1099-B's, 1099-Int, 1099-Div etc. can be transferred into the taxpayer's tax return?
Each time I've contacted ProSeries [February, 2020- September, 2020] they say they are working on it.
It was NOT working for 2019 returns but worked fine in prior years...Has the problem been resolved? If not, I may look into another software company for 2020...
