Graphic Design SSTB

Does anyone here feel that graphic design is an SSTB?

I have a high earning graphic design Scorp that designs websites and other programs for clients.

I've went through this multiple times. I always get caught up on the reputation or skill part. A graphic designer could fall into that category but the client I'm working with does not earn their income from:

• Product or service endorsements
• Using someone's name, image, likeness, voice, signature, trademark, or any other symbol associated with that person's identity
• Personal appearances, whether at an event or on television, radio, or other mass-media

I guess this means their not an SSTB
