Hello community, I'm trying to process a Tax Return for a General Partnership that was not filed with the Secretary of State. These type of Partnerships do not pay the minimum tax of $800 to California on an annual basis. I just need California Form 565, but Pro-Series added also California Form 568 which is looking to collect the $800 dollars. Two questions, why did the Program add this Form and how can I get rid of it. (I removed the 568 but I can not remove the 568 Info Works) Thank you for any he

To remove the 568, pop back over to Federal, click File > Remove City/State
