Have you gone to the global print settings and set it to print if used?
That worked. The form is in the very bottom folder labeled "other". Was set to "if required" and didn't print...concerning. Changed to "if any data" and not it prints. However, it still doesn't show in forms in use and I am concerned that it won't be electronically filed with the return. Is there a way yo check that?

I haven't seen any way to review the transmission file. I think you won't know for sure until you don't get an IRS notice in the summer of 2023.
