Form 8833 not populating in ProSeries

I've looked and this was available in prior years. Is it not available for 2024?

Yeah, I see that, but oddly it won't populate. I just ran the update too so I should have all current forms. I'm wondering if there is something obvious I am missing.

I popped open the caption for "all forms" in the forms list and I see it listed and it does pop open if I click on it.
