form 4547 second form

Does anyone know how to create a second form in proseries for this (more than two children)?

You can't in ProSeries

Somebody said that when you are entering the second child, a scroll bar appears that you can scroll down to enter more kids (or hit 'tab' to keep going down).

I would not attach a PDF because that is almost certainly not going to be looked at by the Treasury.

Personally, I don't feel a need to open bank accounts for my clients, so I am having my clients open their own accounts at the online portal/website.

When you finish entering the information for the 1st two.  Don't try to use the scroll bar that I circled at the top.  It won't activate that way, but I discovered that you can hit the enter button over where the foreign information is being requested and when you hit the last one, "FOREIGN POSTAL CODE" it will jump to another page to enter two more dependents.

It can be done.  A little unorthodox and flawed, but it can be done.

These accounts are invested in index funds like the S&P 500, which has dropped 5% since the first of the year.  Does malpractice insurance cover helping people set them up, if they lose money?

Of course, if it's free money, who cares?  Except the asset of a child may not increase as much as the child's share of the national debt that was used to finance the account.
